Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026
1. The service
PayMyBid ("we") is operated by M3B Rise LLC, Delaware, United States. We collect card payments for ranking credits: amounts a person (a "payer") chooses to pay to hold a position on an online leaderboard (a "board") run by a third party (a "board operator"). We provide the checkout, the payment record and an API that lets the board operator learn that an order is paid.
2. What we are not
We do not operate any board. We do not decide what a ranking credit buys, how long it lasts, or where a payer ranks; the board operator does, under its own rules, which the payer accepts on the board before arriving here. We cannot change a rank and we do not publish or endorse the content of any board.
3. Orders and payment
An order is created by a board operator for a specific amount. The payer pays it on our checkout page, in a payment form served by our payment processor; card details are entered in the processor's secure frame and never reach our servers. M3B Rise LLC is the merchant of record for the charge, which appears on the payer's statement with our descriptor. A ranking credit is delivered when we report the order as paid to the board operator; from that moment it is the board operator who is responsible for applying it.
4. Refunds and disputes
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. A ranking credit is consumed as soon as it is applied, so refunds are exceptional and decided with the board operator. Disputes raised with a card issuer are handled through the processor; we will supply the order record, the checkout details and the board operator's confirmation of delivery.
5. Board operators
A board operator receives a private API token and is responsible for everything done with it. Board operators must operate lawfully in the jurisdictions they serve, must not misrepresent what a ranking credit buys, and must apply credits promptly once we report an order paid. We remit collected amounts monthly, net of our fees, and may withhold remittance to cover refunds and disputes. We may suspend a board without notice where we see fraud, deception of payers, unlawful activity, or any content involving minors, and we report the last to the authorities.
6. Payers
By paying an order you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are entitled to use the card, and that you have read the rules of the board you are paying on. You will receive a receipt from the processor by email if you supplied an address.
7. Liability
We are responsible for collecting the payment correctly and reporting it accurately. We are not responsible for the operation, availability or content of any board, nor for a board operator's failure to honour a credit. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount of that order.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
