Paid something and have a question?

Send the receipt number from the processor's email, or the order id shown after checkout, and the amount. If your question is about the rank itself, the board you paid on is the right place to ask: we can see that an order is paid, and nothing about positions.

Run a board and want a key?

Tell us what your board sells, in which currency, and the address your board's servers will call from. Keys are issued by hand and shown once. Read the API reference first: it is two endpoints, and most integrations are done in an afternoon.
